Walk-in showers are tiled floor to ceiling in soft marble, with rainfall heads, built-in niches, and pebble underfoot. One has a long double vanity with room for two people to get ready at the same time. The other takes its light from a skylight above an arched mirror. Outside the buildings sit low and single-story, with mature olive trees, desert plantings along the walkways, and the mountains standing behind all of it. The grounds carry pools and a spa, along with tennis and pickleball courts, so the things people usually pay a membership for are already part of living here. Covered parking. Bring your clothes and your kitchen knives. The rest is already here.
